RCenedella Gallery, LLC and RCenedellaGallery.com accept checks or money orders denominated only in United States Dollars in connection with all orders. Shipment of all orders requires an adult signature upon delivery. Shipments to U.S. will ship via the United States Postal Office.

CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDERS
RCenedella Gallery, LLC and RCenedellaGallery.com currently ships by United Parcel Service (UPS), Ground service. Nonetheless, we reserve the right to ship by other carriers. Once RCenedella Gallery, LLC and RCenedellaGallery.com has received your order, verified availability, if any, of your order and processed payment, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.

NON- CONTINENTAL U.S. ORDERS
For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or U.S. Virgin Islands, shipping charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders, shipping charges are generally more expensive than domestic and the cost of these additional charges will be e-mailed to you in response to your order.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES INFORMATION
On international shipments there is a strong likelihood that your packages will be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your packages sent and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you (The purchaser). RETURN/REPLACEMENT POLICY
Subject to availability, exact exchanges will be made only on damaged or defective products. If the shipping tube or box is visibly damaged upon receipt, refuse to accept it and immediately notify RCenedella Gallery, LLC and RCenedellaGallery.com of your refusal to accept the order. Claims must be made within 3 business days of your receipt of an order.

Within 7 days of receipt of your order, you may return your purchase to RCenedella Gallery, LLC and RCenedellaGallery.com for a full refund. RCenedella Gallery, LLC and RCenedellaGallery.com will only honor refund requests on items returned undamaged and in their original form. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely. Shipping fees vary, depending on the place where you wish it to be shipped to, and what speed of shipping you wish to use. To make it easier for our customers to order, we currently offer a flat shipping rate for most locations worldwide, regardless of the size of the order. For most locations within the continental United States: Standard Delivery (7-10 business days): $9.50 (All shipments are insured against damage in transit, and are fully trackable by a certified parcel carrier.)

NOTE ON DELIVERY TIMES: The delivery times shown above are those of the parcel carrier, once the package has left our warehouse. All orders usually leave our warehouse within one to five business days. For prints which are on back-order or which are temporarily out of print, the typical wait time is 7-10 business days before we can restock that item.

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: In order to avoid confusion due to the complexities of overseas shipping, we calculate the total cost of the items you have selected and the corresponding shipping charge before you place your order. However, we do not calculate or charge you for local duties or taxes on non-US shipments. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by your local government. Please check with your local post office for more information.

ALL SHIPMENTS require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one will be available at your home during the day to sign for the package, please have it shipped to a location where it can be signed for during business hours. We are not able to re-route shipments once they leave our studio. We regret we are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes.

All products sold by RCenedellagallery.com are high quality. Our Limited Edition Serigraphs, Limited Edition Prints and Posters which with the proper care can last you for many years. (Many other posters tear easily and fade after just a few months.) For this reason, we want to insure your satisfaction that the prints we send you are not damaged during the shipment process. Our Limited Edition Prints and Posters are printed on 6 color offset presses and a special aqueous coating is applied to protect the image and carefully packed in triple-wrap poster tubes and shipped via a certified parcel carrier (UPS or FedEx). RCenedellagallery.com fully guarantees the package you receive against any bending, tearing, breaking or any other kind of damage which may occur during the shipment process. If you receive a damaged shipping tube, you should refuse to accept it from the parcel carrier and you will not be charged for that order. If for some reason you obtain the damaged package anyway, or if we made an error in the processing of your order (i.e., if you receive the wrong poster or a poster which you did not ask for), please do not mail it back to us - notify us within 5 days of receiving the package in writing, and we will arrange for a pick-up. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your prints, please contact our customer service department in writing within 3 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. RCenedellagallery.com will credit you for all prints returned to us in resellable condition, and will provide replacements or store credit. Please note that we cannot offer credit for items which are returned in damaged condition, and recommend that you use an insured carrier such as UPS or Fedex for return-shipping. RCenedellagallery.com does not accept responsibility for unsolicited returns - please contact our staff in writing before sending back any items.

The images on this site may vary in how accurately they portray the actual art prints being ordered. RCenedellaGallery.com makes no claims that the image you see on your screen will be precisely like the image on the art print, since it is impossible to account for all variations in computer monitors and operating systems, as well as variations which arise in photographing and electronically scanning the art prints themselves. In general, the actual art print is a lot better looking than what you see on the screen, in part because of the high quality inks and papers being used. Some publishers introduce changes to the art prints over time - these changes can be in the tone, contrast or coloring of the print. Most of the art prints shown on this site come with a small white border around them (whether one is shown or not), and this too may vary from time to time.

When viewing the details of a certain artwork, we often include information about the original work and the artist who created it. This information is accumulated over an extended period of time, and we welcome any remarks or suggestions regarding the background, history, facts, interpretation or context of any artwork which is featured in the RCenedellaGallery.com collection. What is the size, resolution and quality of your posters?

All of the images which you see on the RCenedellagallery.com website are intended merely as elements within a catalog. The images have been downsampled to a relatively small size and low resolution and are given both visible and invisible digital watermarks, in order to comply with copyright and licensing agreements. This watermark does not appear anywhere on the final product. The actual art prints being sold are quite large (the dimensions are listed along with the rest of the relevant information), and the resolution and quality of the actual art prints is very high - most of them are printed using photographic techniques such as color separation from large film transparencies, so that the grain of the photographic print is extremely fine. Printed on thick stock papers with high quality inks, these art prints are ideal for framing and interior decorating purposes.
